1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or otherwise using Melek (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. 2. Who We Are Melek is an independent product-curation and affiliate-routing platform. We are not affiliated with Weidian, Taobao, 1688, or any shopping-agent service (Vigorbuy, Kakobuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, etc.). Outbound links to those services are provided as a convenience. 3. Your Account You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. 4. Content You Post You retain ownership of the spreadsheets, product curations, descriptions, and other content you publish on Melek. By posting content, you grant Melek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. You agree not to post content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, promotes counterfeit pharmaceuticals or weapons, or harasses or discriminates against any person or group. 5. Affiliate Codes and Outbound Links Melek attaches your configured affiliate code to outbound links that route through partner shopping agents. We do not handle order fulfilment, shipping, customs, or refunds — those are the responsibility of the agent and the platform of origin. 6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service, or use the platform in a way that exposes us to legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from /me/account. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product information displayed is accurate. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. 9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
